Lydia Adams is a passionate strategist and leader with a gift for helping individuals, nonprofits, and businesses move from vision to reality.
Through her creative consulting, Lydia brings clarity, focus, and heart to every project she supports.

The Living Word Consulting Group brings more than 14 years of progressive experience in program leadership, business transformation, product ownership, enterprise technology, compliance operations, community service, and business systems management. This experience spans the healthcare and financial services industries, with a proven ability to connect business objectives, operational needs, regulatory requirements, and technology solutions.
Led by Lydia Adams, the consulting firm draws from hands-on experience guiding complex enterprise initiatives. Her work has involved close collaboration with executive leaders, technology teams, operational partners, vendors, and business stakeholders to support strategic planning, governance, prioritization, implementation, and organizational change. The focus extends beyond completing projects—it is about creating sustainable business value and improving outcomes for the people, and the communities that organizations serve.
Lydia’s background also includes extensive experience in compliance technology, sanctions screening, risk management, data analysis, system optimization, Agile product ownership, and large-scale technology integrations. She has supported critical compliance platforms, managed product backlogs and roadmaps, guided system enhancements, improved performance, and contributed to regulatory readiness and strategic technology decisions.
Her commitment to service is also reflected in her work as an AmeriCorps VISTA member and Career Resource Specialist with Goodwill Industries of Northern Arizona. In this role, she managed and trained volunteers, supported the daily operations of a community job resource center, and helped individuals access résumé assistance, online job-search support, career-planning guidance, and other essential resources. She also conducted community needs assessments, led job clubs, developed outreach and training strategies, established community partnerships, and implemented a referral and communication system connecting local businesses, hiring managers, and job seekers.
This combination of corporate leadership and community-based service provides a broader understanding of how thoughtful systems, strong partnerships, and practical resources can improve both organizational performance and individual outcomes.
With a foundation in Management Science and additional study in Computer Science and Data Science, Lydia brings the ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, practical solutions. Every consulting engagement is approached with analytical thinking, disciplined planning, meaningful collaboration, and a commitment to measurable results.
