I founded The Living Word Consulting Group to help organizations and entrepreneurs turn complexity into clarity through practical, strategic consulting.
As a Business Strategist with more than 14 years of experience, I have led enterprise-level initiatives across healthcare, financial services, technology, insurance, and operations. My background includes business transformation, Agile product ownership, business systems analysis, regulatory compliance, data and analytics, vendor management, and operational improvement.
Throughout my career, I have partnered with executives, technology teams, operational leaders, vendors, and other stakeholders to modernize systems, strengthen compliance frameworks, define business requirements, improve processes, and implement solutions that support organizational goals. I am known for simplifying complex challenges, building alignment, and creating executive-ready communications that support informed decision-making.
My experience also includes serving as a systems administrator for the Planning Center church management platform, supporting the operational and technology needs of a large ministry organization. This work allowed me to combine my professional expertise with my commitment to serving faith-based organizations with excellence and integrity.
My dedication to community service is reflected in my work as an AmeriCorps VISTA member and Career Resource Specialist with Goodwill Industries of Northern Arizona. I managed and trained volunteers, supported the daily operations of a community job resource center, and helped individuals access résumé assistance, online job-search support, career-planning guidance, and other essential resources. I also conducted community needs assessments, led job clubs, developed outreach and training strategies, established community partnerships, and implemented a referral and communication system connecting job seekers with local businesses and hiring managers.
Together, my corporate leadership, ministry support, and community service experience have given me a broad understanding of how thoughtful systems, strong partnerships, and practical resources can improve organizational performance, strengthen communities, and create better outcomes for individuals.
